The role

Customer Success Engineer — AI & Testing

Full-time · In-person · New York City

You will work directly with customers to help them succeed with AI-driven testing in real production environments. You will write tests, debug AI agent failures, support pilots, and grow into a full Solution Engineer within a year.

This is not a traditional CS or QA role. You will be working at the intersection of AI agents, real-world test automation, and customer-facing engineering — hands on, from day one.
